NEW YORK – September 21, 2026 (STL.News) Nasdaq – U.S. stocks rallied Monday as falling oil prices and lower Treasury yields eased two pressures that have recently weighed on Wall Street, while renewed enthusiasm for artificial intelligence sent semiconductor stocks sharply higher and pushed the Nasdaq Composite to a record close.
