The Hill Food Co. is a virtual food hall that offers online ordering, delivery, or pickup from one location.

It is the first ghost concept facility in the St. Louis region that the tenants have decided to refer to it as a "virtual food hall."

There is space for approximately 22 commercial kitchens in this facility, currently about 12 kitchens leased and operating.  More to come soon.

This concept and others are popping up across the country.  This concept became popular to explore during the COVID-19 pandemic as restaurants desperately sought ways to supply their demand as demand increased because people's buying habits changed.
