There are multiple El Maguey restaurants throughout Missouri and Kansas.  However, this location is independently owned and operated.

The online reviews are not as high as they should be.  I'm not sure what the problem is, but we eat at this location multiple times each week, and our experience has never been as the reviews claim.  Our food and service are always great.  The family works there, showing that they care about customer satisfaction.  We do not support or agree with the online ratings.

They are located in the Woodchase Plaza, approximately 200 yards west of the Highway 141 and Olive Blvd intersection on the north side of Olive Blvd, making it an easy destination to visit.
